White-Headed Vulture Project

In partnership with the Endangered Wildlife Trust and Marshall Telemetry, this project focuses on the critically endangered White-headed Vulture, primarily found in Gorongosa National Park. By monitoring nests, tracking movements, and analyzing breeding success, the project aims to enhance conservation efforts and develop raptor conservation leadership. With only 5,500 individuals remaining, this initiative also includes training local partners and mentoring young scientists to safeguard this iconic species.Below is a collection of photos from our work on this project.
